BobbyOS
These terms govern authorized use of BobbyOS, a private operating tool used by Hosted by Howell.

BobbyOS is an internal operating tool for Hosted by Howell. It is not offered as a public software service and is intended only for authorized business use.
Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or revoked by Hosted by Howell as needed for security, maintenance, or operations.
BobbyOS may be used only for legitimate Hosted by Howell business operations, including source-backed awareness of commitments, follow-up, and record freshness.
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain data outside the authorized account or records, or use BobbyOS for unlawful or unrelated purposes.
Certain BobbyOS functions require authorization to access limited Google account data. Authorization is requested through Google's OAuth process and may be revoked through the Google Account permissions controls.
The current Gmail correspondence-freshness function is limited to the data access and purpose described in the BobbyOS Privacy Policy.
BobbyOS is an operational aid. Source systems and authoritative business records remain controlling when information conflicts or a source check is unavailable.
A freshness notice indicates that a tracked source may have changed. It is not an automatic business decision and does not itself modify client, booking, financial, or correspondence records.
BobbyOS may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. Features and integrations may change as Hosted by Howell's operating needs and security requirements evolve.
Use of Google user data is governed by the BobbyOS Privacy Policy, which explains access, use, storage, sharing, retention, and user choices.
