BobbyOS is a private operating tool used by Hosted by Howell to keep business records, commitments, and source-backed follow-up in sync.
What BobbyOS Does
The system is designed for internal operations, not as a public consumer product.
Correspondence Freshness
For specifically tracked Gmail conversations, BobbyOS can compare the newest message identifier in that exact thread with the message identifier already reconciled into the operating record.
The purpose is narrow: identify when an operating record may be behind newer correspondence.
Google Data Access
BobbyOS requests only the Google access needed for the correspondence-freshness function.
What It Reads
The current Gmail integration uses the Gmail metadata scope and reads only exact, already-known thread references.
The application requests thread and message identifiers plus internal message timestamps needed to determine which message is newest.
What It Does Not Do
The correspondence-freshness feature does not search the mailbox, read message bodies, inspect attachments, send email, modify messages, or automatically change operating records.
Data Practices
Google user data is used only to support the internal feature described on this page.
BobbyOS does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Access is limited to the authorized Hosted by Howell account and is handled server-side.
Exact Gmail thread identifiers and the last reconciled message identifier may be stored in private operating records so future freshness checks can compare the same known conversation. Message content is not stored by this feature.
