About Chef Bobby

Chef-Led Hospitality, Rooted In The Lehigh Valley

Hosted by Howell is led by Bobby Howell, a CIA-trained chef with more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience across restaurants, catering, private dining, and community food service.

Good Food, Clear Communication, Service People Can Trust

The point is not to make your event feel complicated. It is to make the food, timing, and service feel handled.

Bobby built Hosted by Howell around a simple idea: people remember how a meal made them feel. A private dinner, wedding, shower, or catered celebration should feel polished and personal without making the host carry the whole night.

That means the menu matters, but so does the communication, timing, setup, pacing, and cleanup. The food has to fit the event — not the other way around.

How Bobby Works

Premium Food Without The Stiff Routine

The best event food feels thoughtful, not stiff. The goal is to bring chef-level planning and hospitality into the kind of celebration people actually want to enjoy.

  • Clear Communication Before The Event
  • Menus Built Around Real Guests And Real Kitchens
  • Seasonal Food That Still Fits The Room
  • Setup, Service, And Cleanup With Respect For The Host

You do not need to have every dish figured out before reaching out. Start with the occasion, guest count, location, timing, and the feeling you want for the event. Bobby will help shape the menu direction from there.
