CIA-Trained Chef
Bobby brings formal culinary training and a working-chef mindset to private dinners, catering, and events.
About Chef Bobby
Hosted by Howell is led by Bobby Howell, a CIA-trained chef with more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience across restaurants, catering, private dining, and community food service.
The point is not to make your event feel complicated. It is to make the food, timing, and service feel handled.

Bobby built Hosted by Howell around a simple idea: people remember how a meal made them feel. A private dinner, wedding, shower, or catered celebration should feel polished and personal without making the host carry the whole night.
That means the menu matters, but so does the communication, timing, setup, pacing, and cleanup. The food has to fit the event — not the other way around.
Credentials
Formal training helps. So does actually feeding people for decades. Hosted by Howell brings both to the table.
Bobby brings formal culinary training and a working-chef mindset to private dinners, catering, and events.
The work is built on restaurants, catering, private dining, community food service, and real event execution.
Alongside Hosted by Howell, Bobby owns Windsor Deli in Allentown — his everyday neighborhood kitchen.
Menus are shaped around the guests, kitchen, timing, dietary needs, and the kind of night the host wants.
How Bobby Works
The best event food feels thoughtful, not stiff. The goal is to bring chef-level planning and hospitality into the kind of celebration people actually want to enjoy.
You do not need to have every dish figured out before reaching out. Start with the occasion, guest count, location, timing, and the feeling you want for the event. Bobby will help shape the menu direction from there.
